Our single hook stiff rig uses a 9/0 Owner Jobu hook with double 600 lb. vinyl coated, stainless steel cable. The cable is bench crimped and heat wrapped under shrink tube to lock the hook in alignment. The leader portion is 20 feet long, 400 lb. monofilament by Jinkai with stainless steel spring loop protectors. Owner Jobu Hooks are of the highest quality available. Features include an extra-heavy, XXX-strong forged shank, a deep throat bend, Cutting Point® and anti-corrosion black chrome finish.
